Applicant Training Seminar, Thursday, March 18, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Take advantage of an excellent opportunity to learn how to use the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for assessment of your organization's total quality management systems. Learn how to write a better application, obtain a better understanding of what the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria is asking and what examiners are looking for in an assessment, and receive suggestions on how to involve your entire organization in the assessment process. Major David Harrison, Senior Instructor for the Organizational Readiness Training Center of the Army National Guard, will be the instructor. Deadline to apply to the seminar is Thursday, March 11.
