April 14, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.  Learn the basics of being an examiner for the Governor's Quality Award Program.  To help prepare for examiner training April 28 and 29, new examiners will become familiar with the GQA Program, discover the responsibilities of an examiner, receive training on how to perform an assessment using the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria and instruction on writing a feedback report using the examiner assessment software.
